UNODC-supported event brings together 70 practitioners from over 24 countries to discuss drug trends and challenges in Europe11 July 2019 - The Thirteenth Meeting of Heads of National Drug Law Enforcement Agencies (HONLEA), Europe concluded last Friday in Lisbon, Portugal, after four days of rich discussions among practitioners on regional challenges and trends.
